The automatic Pastpack R2 rotary machine with an increased diameter of the rotary table is designed for dose filling liquid and paste products containing soft, easy deformable additives of up to 10 mm in plastic cups with their further sealing with an aluminum varnished foil and capping. Rotary table of increased size enables the setting up of a lot of optional units (e.g. film sealing with the plastic cap), as well as additional dosing systems for filling second product. Max cup diameter is increased to 190 mm, therefore it is possible to fill into buckets of up to 3l and in containers of irregular shape.

Milk, yoghurt, sour cream, cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, curds, butter, spreads, oils, sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, salads with fraction under 15 mm, seaweed, caviar, honey, marmalade, jam, chocolate paste, small piece snacks, nuts, chips, croutons, crackers, etc. Liquid and paste non-food products: chemicals, liquid soap, washing fluids, etc.
