Depositing machine PITPACK OP 5 is designed for dosed forming of dough products of various types (sponge pastry, short pastry, and puff pastry, either with stuffing or without it) on a baking tray or transporter belt.
Depositing can be organized on a constantly moving baking tray or transporter belt due to movable forming unit (in vertical and horizontal directions). Forming unit consists of 2 hoppers; each hopper has 2 pairs of rolls which allow high speed and accurate dosing. Stuffing unit, which is a part of machine, realizes supply of stuffing into or on each dough product, dosing of stuffing is regulated on each item separately. Pastry net is used for decoration of the top of dough product; it is formed with 2 forming units which are disposed transversely towards each other.
