Tereyağ Margarin Paketleme Makinası ; üretimi tamamlanan margarin ve tereyağının otomatik gramajlama dahilinde folyo ambalajlara dolum ve paketlemesinin yapılmasına yönelik tasarlanmıştır. Besleme haznesine yüklenen margarin ve tereyağı; buradan çift helezon karıştırıcı aracılığıyla dolum ünitesine aktarılmakta ve otomatik dozajlama ile folyolara dolumu gerçekleşmekte, devam eden istasyonda ise folyo kapatma sürecine geçilmektedir. 200>500 gramaj aralığı ve 500>1000 gr gramaj aralığı için iki ayrı model bulunmaktadır. Daha yüksek dolum kapasiteleri için kostümize çözümler üretilmektedir.

Electric cabinet
Is mounted on the table, made of stainless steel and places on the top side of machine, that excludes water presence in electric parts of machine during cleaning.
Consumed Materials and Technology
– The punch, sleeve and piston are made of polymer material.
– O-rings are installed to significantly reduce product loss.
– There are no materials subject to oxidation in the product contact zone and grease-free bushings are installed to prevent technical grease entering the product.
– All fasteners are made of stainless steel, as well as all parts in contact with the product, including the conveyor belt rack and the hopper.
The machine is designed to operate both in production lines and independently of other equipment. The machine is equipped with a centering unit of the pattern and FREQUENCY CONVERTERS, that allows you to smoothly adjust the speed of the machine and the auger rotation speed, as well as to enable and disable the machine and auger drive independently from each other. The hopper and augers, lining and fencing are made of stainless steel.
